Our support team will provide return authorization and shipping instructions
Securely package and ship the item back to us
Once received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection
4. Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item
If a discount or promotional code was applied, the refund will reflect the actual amount paid
5. Exchanges
We only offer exchanges for items that arrive defective or damaged.
