Our products are designed and crafted with care, and we understand that returns or refunds may occasionally be necessary. 1. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging

  • The return request must be submitted within 30 days of receiving your order

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Custom-made or personalized products

  • Gift cards or digital products

  • Items damaged due to misuse, negligence, or normal wear and tear


3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  2. Our support team will provide return authorization and shipping instructions

  3. Securely package and ship the item back to us

  4. Once received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection


4. Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item

  • If a discount or promotional code was applied, the refund will reflect the actual amount paid


5. Exchanges

We only offer exchanges for items that arrive defective or damaged.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

Include clear photos of the item and packaging to help us resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

If you have not received your refund within 10 business days after approval:
